Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day travel operations, ensuring seamless processing of international air ticket bookings, amendments, cancellations, and customer support while maintaining high levels of accuracy and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end travel operations for international air ticketing.
- Handle reservations, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes through Amadeus.
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and travel partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor operational workflows and ensure timely resolution of booking-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies, fare rules, and company procedures.
- Handle customer escalations and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain operational records and prepare periodic reports.
- Lead, train, and supervise the operations team to achieve performance standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in travel operations and international air ticketing.
- Proficiency in Amadeus GDS.
- Strong knowledge of airline fares, ticketing procedures, and travel regulations.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
