Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data & CRM Executive who will help us build and manage our corporate, employee, and lending databases. This role is ideal for freshers who want to work at the intersection of data, operations, CRM, and future AI-driven products.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Track leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Corporate Database Management
- Build and maintain company databases.
- Research companies, HR contacts, and employee strength.
- Categorize companies by industry and location.
Employee Data Management
- Maintain employee records.
- Update financial wellness interactions.
- Organize employee engagement data.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Track lead generation and conversion metrics.
- Support management with business insights.
Data Quality Control
- Identify duplicate records.
- Correct missing or inaccurate information.
- Maintain clean and structured datasets.
AI Data Preparation
- Organize structured business data.
- Tag and categorize records.
- Maintain datasets for future AI and analytics projects.
Research Work
- Research industry trends.
- Collect market intelligence.
- Support business development initiatives.
Skills Required
Mandatory
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic internet research skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to organize data efficiently
Preferred
