We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee site activities for construction. The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge and hands-on experience in construction site management, labor handling, and raw material coordination. This role requires strong leadership, discipline, and the ability to meet daily targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day to day activities, ensuring smooth coordination between engineers, contractors and labor
- Ensure quality control by rigorously inspecting materials and work quality.
- Supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site ensuring smooth workflow.
- Manage and monitor labor workforce, ensuring discipline, productivity, and safety compliance.
- Achieve daily and weekly construction targets as per project requirements.
- Maintain proper records of manpower, material usage, and daily progress reports.
- Liaise with project engineers, contractors, and management to resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in civil
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, with exposure to construction industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
