Job Summary
We are looking for an organized Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide clerical support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Management: Greet visitors, handle mail, and manage phone inquiries.
- Facility Maintenance: Oversee repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep across all branch locations.
- Office Operations: Handle scheduling, travel logistics, and digital/physical filing.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with contractors and service providers for facility repairs and supplies.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and arrange travel.
- Documentation: Organize digital/physical files and draft reports or emails.
- Logistics: Order office supplies and oversee equipment maintenance.
- Staff Supervision: Manage and coordinate supporting staff (receptionists, cleaners, security) to ensure peak performance.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in administration, ideally managing teams or multiple sites.
- Skills: Strong leadership, multitasking, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Mobility: Ability to travel between branches as needed for maintenance checks.
- Should have own Bike/scooter
