Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the computer lab and ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
- Assist students and staff with computer usage and technical queries.
- Set up computers and equipment for classes, examinations, and practical sessions.
- Maintain internet connectivity, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Perform regular system maintenance, antivirus updates, and data backups.
- Keep records of lab equipment, software licenses, and maintenance activities.
- Report technical issues requiring advanced support to the IT department.
- Ensure proper use and security of lab equipment and enforce lab policies.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
