Job Summary:
Fotokraft Studio is a premium photography studio specializing in maternity, newborn, baby, kids, and family photography. We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and result-driven Sales Executive to manage client inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and ensure a smooth client experience from inquiry to booking.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales confidence, and the ability to handle clients professionally through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins.
- Explain photography packages, pricing, offers, and add-ons clearly to clients.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and advance payments.
- Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but have not booked yet.
- Guide clients through the booking process, shoot preparation, and gown/prop selection.
- Maintain proper lead records, follow-up lists, and booking status.
- Coordinate with the studio manager, photographers, and editors regarding shoot schedules.
- Upsell premium packages, albums, additional photos, frames, and video services.
- Handle client questions, objections, and price discussions professionally.
- Ensure clients receive timely responses and a premium customer experience.
- Share portfolio, pricing links, and booking links with clients.
- Maintain daily records of leads, conversions, and sales performance.
- Assist in studio promotions, offers, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Confident in sales conversations and client persuasion
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Google Drive, Excel, and CRM tools
- Basic understanding of photography packages and studio services
- Prior 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or studio sales is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently
- Target-oriented, confident, and professional personality
Job Details:
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 08:00 PM (depending on shoot schedule)
Weekly Off: 1 weekday (No weekends off)
Training Provided: Yes (studio workflow, quality control, CRM, setups)
Location: Dombivli, Maharashtra
