Job Title: HR Executive
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer roll-out.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure timely completion of joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Attendance, Leave & HRMS Administration
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and regularization requests through Loyaltri HRMS.
- Ensure timely updates and accuracy of employee data within the HRMS.
- Generate attendance, leave, and workforce reports as required by management.
- Troubleshoot HRMS-related issues and coordinate with software support teams when necessary.
Payroll Management
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and verify attendance, leave records, incentives, deductions, overtime, and other payroll components.
- Process payroll through HRMS and independently validate payroll calculations to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain payroll records and support salary disbursement activities.
- Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for payroll reconciliation and reporting.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave balances, and payroll deductions.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture-building activities.
- Assist in grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR information.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain employee files, contracts, policy acknowledgements, and statutory records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance documentation requirements.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, employment confirmations, and other HR-related documents.
Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews, employee confirmations, and performance appraisal processes.
- Track appraisal timelines and maintain performance-related documentation.
Employee Exit Management
- Manage resignation processes, exit interviews, clearance formalities, and full-and-final settlement coordination.
- Ensure proper documentation and handover during employee separation.
Skills Required
- Loyaltri HRMS or similar HRMS platforms.
- Payroll Processing & Payroll Validation.
- Payroll Computation using Attendance and Salary Records.
- Advanced MS Excel and Spreadsheet Management.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
- Employee Lifecycle Management.
- HR Compliance & Documentation.
- HR MIS Reporting and Data Analysis.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Attention to Detail and High Level of Accuracy.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
