Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator / ERP Executive proficient in GATI (SJE Plus) software to manage day-to-day data entry, job bag movement, stock tracking, and material issuance across manufacturing departments. The candidate will ensure data accuracy across raw material inventories, Karigar (artisan) issuances, and finished goods movement.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- GATI Software Data Management:
- Accurately create and update Job Cards / Job Bags in the GATI system for all incoming orders.
- Maintain and update Item Masters, SKUs, designs, metal purity specs, and barcode labels.
- Enter and track dynamic stock movements across manufacturing stages (Casting, Filing, Setting, Polishing, QC).
- Inventory & Material Issuance:
- Issue raw materials (gold/platinum/silver, loose diamonds, gemstones) to artisans/vendors (Karigars) and track dynamic returns.
- Log metal losses, wastage percentages, and recoveries against job bags in GATI.
- Perform physical-to-system stock reconciliation and assist in daily/monthly inventory audits.
- Reporting & Coordination:
- Generate daily MIS reports on production status, pending job orders, and stock positions using GATI.
- Coordinate closely with production floor supervisors, CAD designers, and accountants to resolve stock or data discrepancies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
