Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Provide detailed information about courses, programs, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Counsel students and help them choose suitable courses based on their career goals.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by maintaining regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM software.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
- Address student queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and conversions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, admissions counselling, telecalling, or sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
