We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to lead operations in our Central Kitchen and support production, quality, and menu innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Central Kitchen efficiently.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control across all products.
- Prepare and standardize recipes, sauces, marinades, and food preparation processes.
- Monitor food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Handle inventory management, stock rotation, wastage control, and vendor coordination.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain operational excellence and discipline.
- Support menu development, new product trials, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with management for production planning and timely dispatch to outlets/events.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or Kitchen Supervisor in QSR, burger brands, cafés, or central kitchens.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene practices.
- Ability to manage high-volume food production with consistency.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Understanding of inventory control and food cost management.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in burger, fast-food, or cloud kitchen operations is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
