- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet complex business needs.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce CPQ with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce CPQ environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
