We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Spare Parts Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who are eager to start a career in inventory and parts management. You will be responsible for assisting with the coordination, ordering, and distribution of spare parts to ensure timely and efficient service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying, locating, and ordering required spare parts based on service or customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, stock levels, and transactions.
- Coordinate with service teams and suppliers for part availability and timely delivery.
- Help manage stock-in and stock-out processes in the inventory system.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and order documentation.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of spare parts in the warehouse.
- Provide support in periodic inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
- Communicate with customers regarding part status, availability, or delivery timelines.
- Learn and adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
