Job Title: Sales Manager – Rice, Maize & Grains
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth in the rice, maize, and grains segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing distributor/dealer networks, expanding market reach, maintaining key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.
Key Requirements:
8+ years of sales experience in rice, maize, grains, agri-commodities, or food products.
Strong knowledge of grain markets, distribution channels, and customer management.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Experience in handling distributors, wholesalers, traders, and institutional buyers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Fluency in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu is needed.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
Location: South India / As per business requirements.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
