About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and highly organized individual to work closely with the Partner on day-to-day operational, administrative, and business support activities. This is a dynamic role offering exposure across content, client coordination, process management, and business development initiatives.
As part of the Founder’s Office, you will act as a key support function and help drive execution across multiple areas of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage content ideation, creation, scheduling, and posting across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Maintain content calendars, SOPs, trackers, and internal Excel/Google Sheet systems
- Assist in research, operational tasks, and ad-hoc strategic projects
- Support process improvement initiatives and internal workflow management
- Assist in recruitment activities including candidate screening, shortlisting, and coordination for hiring requirements
- Track and manage client inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Support lead tracking, follow-ups, and business development coordination
- Coordinate across teams and ensure timely execution of tasks with ownership and accountability
- Help maintain consistency in communication, documentation, and reporting activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline ( BBA/BMS/ BCom preferred)
- Experience in relevant role preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Workspace, and Excel
