Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Operations
- Manage end-to-end order processing on e-commerce marketplaces and website platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams for timely shipment of orders.
- Track orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Ensure accurate invoicing, packing slips, and shipment updates.
- Monitor order status and resolve operational issues promptly.
Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Create and update product listings on platforms such as Amazon.in/com, Flipkart, Etsy, Pepperfry, Shopify, Urban Ladder, etc.
- Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, specifications, and inventory details.
- Optimize listings with SEO-friendly titles, keywords, and content.
- Maintain product catalogue accuracy and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Coordinate with the design and photography team for new product uploads.
Inventory & Marketplace Managemen0074
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory regularly.
- Manage pricing updates, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle marketplace compliance, listing quality, and account health metrics.
- Generate reports related to sales, inventory, and marketplace performance.
Customer Support Coordination
- Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, products, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for complaint resolution and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
