About the Role
Mantra Softech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, generating and qualifying leads, maintaining CRM data, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a customer-focused approach to drive business growth and ensure seamless sales operations.
Key Responsibilities Sales Coordination & Pipeline Management
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to order closure.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Track daily sales activities and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and business opportunities.
- Monitor sales progress and support the team in achieving targets.
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound activities.
- Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and online research to identify prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable MORX RFID solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers through regular follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and coordinate with the sales team to support successful deal closures.
CRM & MIS Management
- Maintain and update customer information, interactions, and sales opportunities in the CRM platform.
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales dashboards, and management reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor lead status and sales performance metrics.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams for smooth execution of business activities.
- Support order processing and customer onboarding.
- Ensure timely communication between internal departments and customers.
Product & Market Knowledge
- Develop a strong understanding of MORX RFID products and solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with internal teams.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Efficient management of the sales pipeline.
- Timely lead generation, qualification, and follow-up.
- Accurate CRM data management and MIS reporting.
- Achievement of sales support KPIs.
- High customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience

Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Zoho CRM
- Any equivalent CRM software

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Experience with sales automation and lead generation platforms is preferred.
