About the role
Serve as the strategic Finance Business Partner to the TBS Site Lead and WL3 leaders, owning the full planning and performance management cycle for the site. The role drives financial accuracy, Cost Excellence, governance, and insight led decision making to support productivity, delivery of targets, and long term value creation.
You will be responsible for
Planning, Forecasting & Performance
- Lead the Annual Budget, including Capital Budget, in partnership with the Site Lead.
- Deliver WK1 Flash, WK4 Forecasts, and Bi-monthly forecasting cycles with >98% forecast accuracy.
- Ensure all submissions comply with global timelines, processes, and quality standards.
- Drive variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget vs Forecast), highlighting risks, opportunities, and required actions.
Finance Business Partnering
- Act as the primary BP to WL3 leaders, enabling performance delivery, cost discipline, and strategic decision making.
- Support TBS management in understanding performance drivers, productivity levers, and efficiency opportunities.
- Build and review business cases; lead Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs).
- Partner with business to deliver targets per the plan and build business case
- Collaborate with the broader FBP structure on hub’s delivery; ensure clear tracking.
Financial Integrity, Reporting & Governance
- Own end to end financial performance tracking for TBS Budapest (Includes reporting to Hub Lead, Intelligence Hub, Functional Leads and TBS FBP team).
- Extract and analyse GL data; ensure accurate mapping to cost centres and initiatives. And resolve mis postings and accounting anomalies in collaboration with hub’s finance team.
- Define and enforce spend approval mechanisms; ensure correct allocations between TBS and Technology.
- Oversee and own recharges to hub and ensure dimensional data integrity.
Process & Operating Model
- Implement TBS finance processes in Budapest ensuring seamless integration with global TBS Ways of Working.
- Build automation, modelling tools, and dashboards to enhance insight quality and efficiency.
- Serve as the key Finance point of contact for TBS Budapest.

- Actionable insights for Site Lead and WL3 leadership, collaboration with wider FBP owning accurate reporting of hub’s number (including allocations) within TBS
You will need
- Strong FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering experience - Minimum 5years experience.
- Advanced analytical, modelling, and data handling capabilities
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate constructively with broader FBP structure
- Strong understanding of GL, cost centre structures and allocations
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Experience in a shared services / global capability centre (preferred)
