Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Customer Sales Engineer for handling the L&T Valves product segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, providing technical product guidance, and achieving business targets within assigned industrial markets.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, technical understanding of industrial products, and the ability to convert customer requirements into effective sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell L&T valve products to industrial clients, dealers, and project customers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in target industries.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on inquiries.
Technical Support
Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable valve solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams and OEM representatives for technical clarifications.
Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions when required.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure timely response to customer queries and complaints.
Maintain a professional relationship with existing and prospective clients.
Monitor customer satisfaction and support after-sales activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
