We're looking for someone genuinely strong in both UI/UX design and Flutter development - not necessarily years of work experience, but real depth: you've designed end-to-end app flows in Figma, you understand responsive layouts cold, and you can build smooth, 60fps Flutter applications from first principles. You will design and build Zeqo's dual-sided platform—crafting a distraction-free, mobile-first experience for students, alongside a data-dense, tablet-optimized dashboard for their teachers. This is a foundational product role: get it right, and the entire AI stack we are building becomes accessible, intuitive, and genuinely delightful for our users
This is intentionally open to early-career engineers - we care far more about depth of design/development knowledge and evidence of things you've actually built than a resume with years on it. Also I believe a younger person would be closer to understand the UX of current students.
What You'll Do
- Design and Build: Own the user experience and interface design for both the Student App and the Teacher App, taking features from Figma wireframes to production-ready code.
- Implement Audience-Specific UI: Build a highly engaging, gamified mobile experience for teenagers and a responsive, data-driven master-detail flow for teachers managing analytics and grading on tablets.
- Craft Custom Animations: Use Flutter's built-in animation libraries (Hero widgets, Slivers) and custom assets (Rive/Lottie) to make interactions like Mophy doubt-resolutions or MockLab test completions feel magical and frictionless.
- Own the Frontend Architecture: Manage state seamlessly (using Riverpod, Bloc, etc.).
- Collaborate: Work directly with the ML/infra team to ensure the complex data from our LLM router and embeddings pipeline is presented cleanly and loads instantly via skeleton loaders and smart caching.
What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years of experience
- Real Flutter & Design depth, demonstrated through projects, coursework, or personal builds: You must have a portfolio showing both your Figma design process and your functional Flutter code (GitHub or live apps).
- Solid frontend fundamentals: Deep understanding of Material Design 3 (Material You), widget lifecycles, API integration, and adaptive UI techniques (e.g., LayoutBuilder).
- A product-conscious, first-principles mindset: You enjoy understanding why a user needs a feature and how to make it intuitive, not just rendering a button to make it work.
- Startup mindset: comfortable figuring things out with a small team, moving fast, and owning a system end-to-end even without a large playbook to follow.
- Bonus: Personal projects or coursework touching EdTech interfaces, complex dashboards, or gamified consumer apps.
Why Zeqo
- Own a piece of core product infrastructure that every single user touches from day one - unusually high leverage and visibility for an early-career role.
- A rare shot to build and design a production-grade dual-sided platform early in your career instead of years into one
To Apply
Send your resume and your Design & Developer portfolios (Figma links, GitHub, Play Store links, personal builds - anything that shows depth) to [email protected] or WhatsApp +91-9136734595. We'd rather see a Flutter project you designed and built and can explain in detail than a polished resume
Additional Brownie points on answering any/all of below questions (No wrong answers - we want to see how you think about this):
- What do you think a student would love to see on the opening screen pre-login vs post-login
- Describe a Flutter/Design project you've built (personal, academic, or professional). What was the trickiest UI/UX or state-management problem you had to solve?
- If you have to display a complex grade book with 50 students on a teacher's mobile screen, what's your first instinct for handling the UX and layout?
- What's one thing about app animations or frontend performance that you think most engineers get wrong or don't think about enough?
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Work from home
