Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn).
- Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and qualify them based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Pipeline Management: Manage and update lead activity in the CRM to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executives to transition qualified leads and schedule high-quality demos/meetings.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to better position our value proposition.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Pre-Sales, or Business Development (BDR/SDR).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and lead sourcing tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo).
- Resilience: A thick skin and a "hunter" mentality—you view "no" as just a step toward a "yes."
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets for qualified appointments or lead quotas.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
