We are currently seeking Principal Sourcing Specialist with diverse industry experience and a strong background in sourcing, including mid to senior-level and niche hiring across Clinical / Pharma / Lifesciences. requirements.
What you’ll be doing:
- Source and deliver high‑quality candidates across Technology, HR, and Finance functions — including roles such as Software Engineering, Information Security, BI/Analytics, HRBPs, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, FP&A, AR/AP, Audit, and other specialist positions.
- Develop and execute bespoke sourcing strategies using talent intelligence, market insights, and historical hiring trends to attract niche and passive talent across multiple domains.
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand complex hiring needs, define ideal talent profiles, and influence hiring decisions with data‑backed recommendations.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X‑Ray, GitHub/Tech platforms, HR communities, Finance networks, market mapping) to build strong pipelines of multi‑discipline talent.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by presenting curated shortlists, competitor intelligence, and proactive insights on talent availability across Tech, HR, and Finance markets.
- Drive candidate engagement by articulating compelling role narratives and ensuring strong qualification, interest, and alignment prior to Hiring Manager submission.
- Lead talent intelligence initiatives including talent pool creation, diversity mapping, and benchmarking across functional domains.
- Mentor and guide junior sourcers, lead problem‑solving sessions, and champion best practices within the sourcing community.
- Partner across business units to anticipate future skill needs and build long‑term talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill Tech, HR, and Finance roles.
- Maintain high data accuracy across ATS/CRM systems and provide insights for reporting, dashboards, and hiring analytics.
You’ll need to demonstrate:
10+ years of experience in similar domain setup.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Highly proficient in maintaining and tracking large volumes of data.
Open to work in a Hybrid setup (preferably Pune, Delhi, or Hyderabad).
Energetic, proactive, and demonstrates task ownership with strong relationship-building skills for long-term success.
