About the Role:
If you get excited by good lighting, framing hacks, smooth transitions, or colour grades - this role is for you.
We’re looking for a Video Producer who wants to work across both shoots and post-production, helping create fast-paced, aesthetic, youth-focused content from set to final cut.
This is a full-time role for someone who enjoys both the visual side of storytelling and the craft of shaping content in the edit. You’ll work closely with the creative and production team across short-form videos, branded content, and fiction-led formats.
What You’ll Do:
On Shoots
- Execute shoot through lighting setups, framing, camera prep, and basic gear handling
- Capture BTS, filler shots, inserts, cutaways, or secondary angles when required
- Maintain shot continuity and visual consistency across scenes
- Set up agile, social-first shoots with a strong eye for framing and aesthetics
- Work with the creative team to support the visual language of the content
On Edits
- Edit short-form episodic content, teasers, BTS style edits
- Rough cuts, assembly edits, and footage organisation
- Colour correction, sound clean-up, subtitles, and text / graphic additions where needed
- Maintain clean project files, footage organisation, and versioning across edits
- Work closely with producers to execute quick-turnaround content in line with ListenTBH’s visual style
You’re Someone Who:
- Has 1–2 years of experience, internship experience, or a strong body of personal / freelance work in shooting and editing
- Is comfortable using a phone camera and/or camera setups for digital content
- Knows editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Has a strong visual eye for framing, colour, pacing, and what works for youth-focused digital content
- Learns and adapts quickly, takes feedback well, and wants to understand the workflow of shoots and edits end-to-end
- Is punctual, reliable, and comfortable working on set as well as in post
- Is excited by reels/ short-form storytelling, and internet-native content formats
Bonus If You:
- Have shot and edited short form vertical content before
- Understand the visual grammar of short form, digital-first vertical
