Responsibilities:
· Create architectural designs, layouts, and 3D models
· Prepare drawings, blueprints, and construction documents
· Meet with clients to understand requirements and preferences
· Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
· Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
· Visit sites to monitor progress and resolve issues
· Manage project timelines and budgets
· Present design concepts using software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent)
Strong design and visualization skills
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max)
Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
