Perform, review and facilitate privacy impact assessments on every new system, engagement and data flow the agency takes on

Develop and apply the policies and procedures engagements run under — written to be operated, not filed

Design and deliver access and privacy training for the teams handling client data, measured on behavior change rather than attendance

Oversee the data agreements: vendor contracts, processing terms and every external flow of client information, kept current as engagements change

Apply records-management principles to what the agency retains, where it lives and when it is destroyed

Write the reports and briefings privacy governance runs on — recommendations smart enough to be adopted and clear enough to be defended

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Privacy Analyst at CryptoMize you will assess policies, procedures and operations to ensure they meet privacy requirements — performing and facilitating privacy impact assessments, developing the policies and procedures that follow from them, and overseeing the data agreements that bind every external flow of client information. The role handles the legal and operational risks that surround sensitive information assets, at the level where those risks are designed out rather than discovered later.
Continuity is a standing duty: privacy here is assessed on a continual basis, project by project and change by change — because a program that only checks annually is a program that fails quarterly. You will exercise sound judgment on time-sensitive and confidential issues independently, and escalate with a recommendation rather than a dilemma.
Analysts also carry the teaching responsibility: designing and delivering the access and privacy training the workforce actually learns from, and briefing engagement teams whose data handling decides the agency’s exposure. The analysts whose recommendations change how work is done are the ones promoted first.
