We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused business development executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction, address inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and identify opportunities to improve client engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
*Respond to client queries and resolve concerns promptly.
*Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
*Coordinate with internal departments to meet client requirements.
*Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular reports.
*Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
*Achieve assigned client retention and performance targets.
Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent skill/experience
*Experience in technology sales, IT services sales, software sales or SaaS sales is mandatory
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
*Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
*Prior experience in client handling or customer service is preferred.
