Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads from international markets (US, UK, Australia, etc.).
- Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients.
- Convert inquiries into paid subscriptions and achieve sales targets.
- Onboard new customers and assist with product implementation.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
Experience:
- SaaS sales: 1 year (Preferred)
