Operations Executive
The Operations Executive supports smooth daily functioning of Walnut School by coordinating routine admin work, events, vendors, inventory, and internal follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operational tasks across admin, academics, support staff, vendors, and head office.- Track pending work and follow up until completion.
- Support planning and execution of school events, PTMs, orientations, workshops, and parent-facing activities.
- Maintain checklists, trackers, records, and basic MIS reports.
- Coordinate vendor quotations, deliveries, bills, and service follow-ups.
- Track office, event, and school supplies inventory.
- Support documentation, approvals, reimbursements, and payment follow-ups with accounts.
- Communicate with internal teams, parents, guests, and vendors when required.
- Highlight operational gaps, delays, or repeated issues to the reporting manager.
