Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen housekeeping and stewarding staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen, storage, and back-of-house areas.
- Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain cleaning schedules.
- Train and guide staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs when needed.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling practices.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and inspections.
- Support kitchen operations by ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
