Job Title: Aluminium Production Head
Location: Zirakpur
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complete aluminium window & door production operations.
- Plan daily production schedules and achieve production targets.
- Supervise production staff and assign daily work.
- Ensure product quality as per approved drawings and standards.
- Monitor raw material usage and reduce production wastage.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Design, and Installation teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of finished products.
- Maintain production reports and machine maintenance records.
- Follow safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
- Train and guide production team members.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Aluminium Production Head or in a similar production role.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication, cutting, assembly, and glazing.
- Ability to manage manpower and production planning.
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of production reporting and quality control.
Experience: 2+ Years
Qualification: Diploma/ITI/Graduate (preferred)
