Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and ensure distribution with excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors and a team of salesmen, identifying new business opportunities, driving the organization's agenda in the market, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Train and coach company sales representatives and motivate them to achieve targets.
- Handle queries, complaints, and service irregularities from the market promptly and professionally.
- Maintain KPIs through rigorous follow-ups with the extended team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment.
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid driving license (preferred, two-wheeler).
