CONTENT CREATION MANAGER Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month Experience: 1–4 years preferred; exceptional freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply. About the Role We're looking for a Content Creation Manager who brings Gen Z creativity, Millennial thinking, local connections and the courage to create what Kakinada hasn't seen before. This is not a conventional Social Media Manager role. We are looking for a creative thinker who understands youth culture, fashion, entertainment, brands and digital media — but also understands how ideas can become business, collaborations, conversations and opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and executing content across our fashion, styling, talent, celebrity, media and brand ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Develop fresh, original and culturally relevant content ideas. - Create and manage content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. - Conceptualise Reels, short-form videos, campaigns, interviews, carousels, behind-the-scenes content and editorial stories. - Identify emerging trends and give them our own creative interpretation rather than simply copying them. - Develop content around fashion, styling, celebrities, models, talent, entertainment, brands and lifestyle. - Work closely with photographers, videographers, stylists, models, talent, marketing and other creative teams. - Prepare creative briefs, scripts, hooks, captions, storyboards and shoot concepts. - Participate in and coordinate content shoots. - Turn a single shoot, event or project into multiple pieces of content. - Research emerging creators, models, students and local talent. - Build relationships with local brands, colleges, universities, student communities, creators, photographers, influencers and young entrepreneurs. - Identify opportunities for local collaborations, campaigns and brand partnerships. - Understand what young audiences in Kakinada and Andhra Pradesh are watching, discussing, sharing and engaging with. - Track content performance and use insights to improve future content. - Help establish a distinctive digital identity for the company. What We're Looking For We want someone who is: - Naturally creative and constantly generating new ideas. - Comfortable experimenting with unconventional concepts. - Strong in Instagram and short-form content. - A good storyteller with strong written and verbal communication. - Familiar with Gen Z culture, internet trends and digital behaviour. - Commercially aware and capable of understanding the business value behind content. - Strong at networking and relationship building. - Comfortable approaching brands, colleges, students, creators and potential collaborators. - Familiar with Canva, Adobe or similar creative tools. - Comfortable with basic photography, videography and video editing. - Proactive enough to execute an idea instead of waiting for instructions.
