- Guard Supervision: Check guard attendance, monitor daily shift rosters, and ensure every duty post stays manned.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular visits to client locations to check guard discipline, grooming, and uniform compliance.
- Deployment and Recruitment: Source, interview, and allocate new security guards. Arrange instant replacements for absent staff.
- Client Relations: Visit clients often, listen to their concerns, and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Incident Management: Investigate security breaches or accidents on site, take charge during crises, and write formal reports for management.
- Training and Compliance: Teach guards basic safety rules, company standard operating procedures (SOPs), and emergency response plans
