- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and their application within SAP environments.
- Experience in developing and deploying cloud-based applications using SAP technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize code for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
- Understanding of agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
