Job Summary:
The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the organization. This role involves handling data management, documentation, record keeping, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and documents accurately.
- Process and verify data, financial information, or reports as required.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and filing documents.
- Support the front office and other departments by providing necessary data and reports.
- Manage and organize information flow between departments.
- Perform data entry, record maintenance, and documentation work efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and other communication professionally.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in back office, data entry, or administrative roles.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualities:
- Team player with a proactive approach.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or ERP software (optional).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
