Job Description – Sales Executive (Real Estate & Construction)
Position: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Present project details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Conduct property/site visits with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and project teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of real estate and construction projects.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Strong sales and closing skills.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in Real Estate/Construction Sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Salary:
- ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Incentives (depending on experience).
