We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team at Credence Educational Service, Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students towards the right academic and career path by understanding their interests, strengths, and future goals.
The counsellor will be responsible for handling student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct walk-ins, providing accurate information about various courses, colleges, and admission procedures. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring a smooth and supportive counselling experience.
In addition, the role involves consistent follow-ups with prospective students, converting leads into successful admissions, and maintaining proper records of all interactions. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
