AI Product Developer
Role Objective
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered products and intelligent automation solutions that enhances overall institutional efficiency. Build scalable AI applications, dashboards, AI tutors, workflow automations, and business intelligence solutions using modern AI technologies while ensuring seamless user experience and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered products and internal tools aligned with business requirements.
- Build AI Tutors, AI Assistants, AI Chatbots, and intelligent learning solutions for internal teams.
- Develop AI-driven dashboards, analytics platforms, and reporting solutions for leadership and business teams.
- Create intelligent workflow automations to streamline operational processes.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, APIs, vector databases, and AI frameworks into business applications.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize AI model performance for different use cases.
- Build and maintain end-to-end AI applications, including frontend integrations, backend logic, databases, and AI services.
- Develop scalable AI workflows using automation platforms and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into AI-enabled products.
- Test, debug, optimize, and continuously improve AI products based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Monitor AI applications to ensure accuracy, reliability, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Maintain technical documentation, product documentation, and deployment processes.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously innovate and enhance existing products.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience developing AI-powered applications using Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, Gemini APIs, Anthropic APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience building AI chatbots, AI tutors, virtual assistants, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, API integrations, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with workflow automation platforms and AI orchestration tools.
- Strong understanding of frontend/backend integration and modern software development practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI products from concept to production.
