Our flagship product, SalesCraft (getsalescraft.com), is a B2B prospecting tool built for founders and lean sales teams. Alongside it, we deliver advanced AI solutions for clients across sales automation, document intelligence, multilingual chatbots, and RAG systems. Our clients are based across India and abroad.
The Role
We're hiring a Sales Executive based out of our Pune office. You'll own the full sales cycle across two motions: bringing on customers for SalesCraft and our broader portfolio as the primary focus, and supporting services engagements for mid-market and enterprise clients alongside the founder and technical team. You'll work directly with the founder and the engineering team, with the room and support to grow into a senior sales leader at the company over time.
This is a great opportunity for a strong B2B software salesperson to step into the AI space. We don't expect you to come in with AI expertise — we'll teach you the products. What we need is someone with a proven track record of prospecting and closing.
What You'll Do
- Own outbound and inbound pipeline for SalesCraft and our broader portfolio — prospecting, demos, trials, and closing customers
- Support discovery and scoping calls for services opportunities, partnering with the founder and technical team on solution design and proposals
- Work through product waitlists and convert qualified accounts into paying customers
- Contribute to the sales playbook — ICPs, qualification criteria, demo flows, objection handling
- Maintain a clean CRM, accurate forecasts, and weekly pipeline reviews with the founder
- Represent Tarcaz Labs at industry events and conferences
- Feed customer signal back into product and positioning
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of B2B software sales experience (SaaS, enterprise software, or solutions selling)
- Comfort selling to business and technical buyers — founders, heads of sales, ops leaders, CTOs
- Strong written communication — you can write a clear follow-up email on your own
- Self-starter mentality with the discipline to manage your own pipeline
- Based in Pune or willing to relocate. This is a five-days-a-week in-office role
- Curiosity about AI and a genuine interest in learning what we build — you don't need prior AI experience, but you should want to grow into it
- Bonus: experience selling to manufacturing companies or MNCs
