Real Estate Sales Manager / Sales Executive
Efox Consultancy Services LLP (ECS) is hiring for a reputed real estate client for their Bareilly location.
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals with a strong background in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with prospective property buyers
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Handle property presentations and site visits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate with clients and drive sales closures
- Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets
Requirements:
- 3–4+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Experience in selling high-rise apartments, villas and/or commercial properties
- Strong client handling, follow-up, negotiation and closing skills
- Real estate sales experience is mandatory
- Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered
- Experience with a reputed real estate developer/company will be preferred
- Candidates currently based in Bareilly or within daily commuting distance will be preferred
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and profile. Strong candidates may be considered towards the upper end of the range.
