We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our marketing and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the advertising/media industry, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven track record of generating business and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the marketing and business development team.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and corporate customers.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Identify opportunities in OOH advertising, hoardings, branding, and other advertising media.
- Develop advertising proposals, media plans, presentations, and quotations.
- Coordinate with operations, creative, execution, and finance teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and advertising opportunities.
- Manage important client accounts and ensure long-term business relationships.
- Set targets for the marketing team and monitor performance.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value business deals.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, leads, revenue, and business development activities.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in advertising, media, OOH, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, and client acquisition.
- Strong network of corporate clients, advertising agencies, and media contacts will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of OOH advertising and media planning.
- Ability to independently handle major clients and high-value deals.
- Experience in managing and leading a marketing/sales team.
- Strong target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools.
