The candidate should have the ability to forecast demand and align warehouse capacity with supply chain needs. The candidate should be able to manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor productivity. The candidate should have analytical skills to track order accuracy and cost efficiency. The candidate should be able to coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
