Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, business-driven Farm & Resorts Division Head to lead and grow our Farm & Resorts vertical as an independent business unit. This leadership role focuses on driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, strengthening partnerships, and maximizing the commercial potential of our farm lifestyle projects and resort facilities.
Note: This role is not related to farming or agricultural operations. The primary focus is on sales, marketing, customer engagement, hospitality, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Farm & Resorts division with complete ownership, driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for farm lifestyle projects, plotted developments, and related offerings.
- Generate leads, conduct site visits, manage customer relationships, and improve sales conversions.
- Position projects as premium lifestyle, weekend getaway, holiday, and investment destinations.
- Collaborate with branding, marketing, and sales teams to execute campaigns, promotional events, holiday packages, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences across the entire customer journey—from enquiry to post-sale support.
- Coordinate with internal teams, legal, liaison, registration, hospitality, maintenance, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Resolve customer concerns proactively and ensure timely closure of issues related to documentation, registration, and service delivery.
- Oversee resort and clubhouse operations to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen brand positioning.
- Identify and manage hospitality partners or outsourced operators where required.
- Build strategic partnerships, improve operational processes, and drive continuous business improvement.
- Provide regular business performance updates, sales reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, customer experience, or lifestyle businesses.
- Proven experience in business development, sales leadership, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of premium customer service, partner management, and commercial operations.
- Experience in resort operations, clubhouse management, hospitality partnerships, or holiday packages will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, manage, and scale a business vertical independently.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per hour
