Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email
- Assist candidates and clients with registration and support processes
- Maintain proper follow-ups and resolve customer concerns on time
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Update customer details and maintain records in the system
- Ensure positive customer experience and satisfaction
- Support daily operational and reporting activities
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Graduation preferred
Preferred Skills
- Telecalling or customer support experience will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of CRM or recruitment platforms is a plus
