Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete inbound warehouse process, including vehicle/bundle receiving, physical verification, scanning, GRN creation, segregation, putaway, and system stock availability.
- Ensure all incoming materials are accurately received and GRNs are completed within the defined TAT.
- Verify PO quantity, invoice quantity, and physical quantity and identify any shortages, excesses, barcode or article mismatches.
- Monitor pending GRNs, ageing, vendor-wise receiving status, damage and shortage cases, and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate daily inward reports covering received quantity, GRN status, manpower availability, productivity, and putaway pending quantity.
- Manage the complete outbound process, including store indent processing, picking, verification, packing, scanning, and dispatch.
- Ensure store requirements are picked accurately and dispatched within the defined TAT with maximum store fulfilment and minimum picking errors.
- Monitor daily store indent quantity, picked quantity, scanned quantity, dispatched quantity, pending picking, and pending dispatch.
- Track store fill rate, picking accuracy, wrong/missed picking, excess/short dispatch, and route-wise dispatch status.
- Coordinate with warehouse manpower and monitor daily productivity and manpower availability for both inbound and outbound operations.
- Monitor vehicle availability and dispatch readiness to ensure timely movement of materials to stores.
- Identify operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and process gaps and take corrective action to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation, system updates, stock accuracy, and adherence to warehouse processes and SOPs.
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and provide timely updates on inbound, outbound, pending activities, productivity, and TAT.
- Coordinate with relevant teams, vendors, transporters, and stores to ensure smooth movement of inventory from receiving to final dispatch.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; candidates with a background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Warehouse Management will be preferred.
- Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, inbound/outbound operations, or supply chain management will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of GRN, PO, invoice verification, stock movement, picking, packing, scanning, and dispatch processes.
- Basic knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and ability to work with warehouse management systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining operational reports and tracking productivity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quantity, barcode, article, and inventory discrepancies.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage warehouse manpower and monitor productivity.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet defined TAT and operational targets.
- Freshers with a strong interest in warehouse/logistics operations may also apply; relevant experience will be preferred.
