The project:
This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Assists with feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection, contributing to procurement reporting and value management at project outset.
- Provides estimating and cost planning support, engaging in procurement processes and ensuring effective contract preparation and administration.
- Supports preparation of contract documents, valuations, variations, and financial reporting, working closely with the Cost Consultant to deliver cost control services.
- Contributes to identifying costs associated with design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client charges, assisting with completion certificates and final accounts.
- Builds strong working relationships with stakeholders, supports delivery of team and regional strategies, and provides guidance and coaching to junior colleagues.
- Works collaboratively to embed best practices, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to Mace’s net zero carbon transition during project delivery.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in civil.
- Experience of projects of a similar nature.
