RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produces sketches, drawings and floor plan to illustrate concepts and finalized projects using computer aided design (CAD), hand drawing skill and detailed drawings.
- Create idea board to communicate design concept to client.
- Work with senior interior designer to define project requirements and develop design criteria.
- Define project requirements and schedule during the "brief". Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principle.
- Excellent portfolio of previous work. Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
- Furniture Detailing.
- Vendor Co-ordination
- Making BOQs
- Procurement from market.
- Working Drawings
