Job Title: BPO Executive – Insurance
Location: Mumbai , Bhandup west

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for insurance products.
Explain policy features and benefits to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
6 months to 2 years of experience in BPO, telesales, or insurance sales preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Good communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills.
Customer handling and sales skills.
Target-oriented approach.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
