Job Title: Telecaller
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Telecaller to connect with aspiring entrepreneurs who are interested in starting or expanding their travel business.
This is a consultative telecalling role focused on understanding customer requirements, identifying qualified prospects, and guiding them toward the right business opportunity through meaningful conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand the customer's background, business interests, and goals.
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Explain our Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) and business model clearly.
- Coordinate and schedule consultations with the Senior Business Consulting team.
- Maintain accurate lead updates in the CRM system.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and nurture long-term relationships.
- Build trust through professional and effective communication with prospective clients.

- Good understanding of customer engagement and lead qualification.

Preferred Background
- 3–6 months of experience in Telecalling, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Customer Engagement.
- Experience in a service-based industry will be an added advantage.

- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
