We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Maintenance HOD to lead and manage all maintenance operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth functioning of all hotel facilities and equipment.

Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete maintenance operations of the property
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Lead and manage the maintenance team effectively
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Monitor maintenance schedules, equipment performance, and safety standards
- Handle vendor coordination and service follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance operations within hospitality or related industries
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility maintenance
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies efficiently
- Good communication and organizational skills
