Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day financial transactions
- Record and update entries in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Manage general ledger and ensure proper documentation
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Track outstanding payments and follow up on collections
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts
3. Bank Reconciliation
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly
4. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements
- Provide data for management decision-making
5. Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings (as per local regulations)
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Assist during audits (internal & external)
6. Payroll Support
- Assist in salary processing and employee reimbursements
- Maintain payroll records and statutory deductions
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, ERP systems)
- Good understanding of taxation (GST, TDS in India)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and organizational skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
